Scenes From A Weekend

Jump

I hope you had a wonderful weekend!  Mine was a full and fun one.  First, I took my kids to the Marin Country Mart farmer’s market on Saturday morning.  It’s one of our favorite things to do.  There’s the farmer’s market, with all its amazing fruits and vegetables, baked goods, and even some food trucks, a super cool playground fashioned out of trees, and some great shops.  I love this shot of my son jumping from the opening of one of the trees in the playground.

Sonoma

Saturday evening my husband and I headed to our friends’ vineyard for a beautiful dinner, celebrating the opening of their gorgeous winery.  All of wine country is gorgeous, and the Hamel Family Vineyard is no exception.  In fact, theirs a stunning spot, nestled in the rolling hills of Sonoma, and their tasting room is super cool, with huge windows overlooking the valley (and a fabulous light installation that I wish I’d gotten a photo of).  I can’t wait to go back.

This was a shot of the dinner table (which you might have seen if you follow me on Instagram).  The table was decorated so beautifully, and we met such cool and interesting people (not to mention had a memorably delicious meal).

Soul Cycle San Francisco

Lately, my Sunday mornings have included a spin session at Soul Cycle.  Nothing clears my mind better or leaves me feeling more pumped.  Have you tried it?

Playing

Then I’m ready for some more playtime and a family dinner.  It was a lovely weekend.  I hope yours was too!
